The most severe injury you've received?
What is the most severe injury you've received in your life?
Mine happened when I was a toddler, something or other ripped through the lower part of my mouth and my mother had to sew it up. Now I have two nifty lil' scars on my bottom lip :D
What severe physical (or even mental) injuries have you attained in your life! I'd really love to know!

I was playing tag and I ran under a tree to hide, there was a broken branch that went straight into My eye, I don't know how but I only got a minor cut and some weird tree sap in there, other times i just barely missed getting run over or falling to my death

One time I was tearing apart a soda can and I cut the tip of my finger really deeply and I bled a surprising amount.

Walked it off and found out by a doctor last year that 3 of my ribs show signs of healed fractures. When I told my doctor about my failed flip he said I was lucky all my ribs didn't shatter.

Worst injury for me is when I was little, around 10ish, I fell off a trampoline and my foot got caught on the side. It twisted and tore my quad and I had to be carried everywhere as I couldn't walk. It's perfectly fine now. [spoiler]This is the most damaging injury I have had. My family bought these new knives, they are called cutco, and they are crazy sharp. Cut through metal easily sharp, and I made a stupid choice of cutting my food wrong and now I can't feel out of one side of my left pointer finger. Surgery failed to restore the nerve so I feel nothing on one side. Don't make my mistake.[/spoiler]

2 RespuestasI was 4 Maybe and I fell head first on to tile. I instantly blacked and I nurse came up and saw a white spot on my head.She screamed," His heads going to explode!" My father call for a ambiance and I woke up inside the back. It was very chrome like and it had a table in the middle. They told me to get on the table. I was a bit confused and scared but I computed. They putted this tiny rectangle thing that had a wire coming from it to a computer. I didn't know what it was at all but after 30 seconds they said I could get off so I did. Thats all I could remember I think I had a concussion though.

I should have let him kick my ass =/ Aftermath: My pinkie is in severe inflammations and looks like a short Asian penoos. I had to go to school with my finger looking like a dick. Aftermath 2: My pinkie got back to normal within 3 weeks. It is still a little crooked in the first joint. Whenever someone lifts their foot to kick my ass, I punch them in the face. Now instead of showing people the middle finger, I show them my pinkie.

When I was 10, I shattered both my wrists when I was rollerblading.

2 RespuestasI stepped through a trailer and took a corner to the inside of my knee. Knee got wedged and my foot never touched the ground. My knee was black for 1-2 weeks and swollen for much longer. I never missed a day of practice. I've had two concussions from football. I was doing box jumps and on my third set my right foot missed my less than a quarter if an inch. Stubbed my toe and came down on my shins hard. I've got scars on both shins about a quarter inch wide and 1-2 inches long. I think I may have broken my toe a few weeks ago because it hurts when I walk on it and move it sometimes but it never got swollen or anything so I'm just rolling with it.

2 RespuestasCompound fracture. I was so dazed and confused it took my mind a minute to register what just happened. I was like "wait. This doesn't look right....I'm pretty sure my arm-OH MY GOD THAT IS MY BONE!"

I got in a car crash...nothing big just a neck shock thing but it didn't hurt or nothing

When I was 2 or 3 I was digging in the trash and had somehow slit my left hand open with the lid of a can of soup (when you have to use a can opener so it was crazy sharp) So my palm now has a 2.5-3 inch scar

Editado por SpongyMallard7: 8/11/2014 1:56:06 AMI was riding my bike when I was around 12-13(without a helmet) I was doing a trick I've done loads of times, my foot slipped this time and my head went straight to the street. Everything was going in slow motion for about a minute and sounds where dampened pretty good. Thankfully no stitches were needed. I've got about an inch or 2 scar. I could see a little blood stain on the street for a day or two.

-blam!-ed up my knee. Tore my ACL. Not only did it hurt when I got injured, but it's been almost 3 years since I injured it and my knee still bothers me. The first 6 months were hell to even walk.

I remember running the warm up and feeling a pop. The pop was my stress fracturebecoming a complete fracture. Getting hit by a car caused more physical pain, but the fractured Fibula mentally hurt more.

I cut my left side on a doorknob...I had a scar from it for 3 friggin years...It was sad. I still can't remember how I cut myself on it.

Car accidents aren't fun, didn't break anything (I have yet to) just sprained every bone in my upper body and my jaw is basically wrecked for life.

Some freak came up and hit me with a gulf club about 20 years or so ago which would make me at or near 5

The worst sounding one would probably be when I broke my orbital bone (in my skull) mountain biking. Overall though I would have to say whatever I did to my knees is worse because the broken skull and ribs healed and I don't have issues with them anymore. I was quite stupid as a youth so I have several bad injuries =)
