All the worst food, media, and social carry on is American. Who but America could mingle corn syrup and chemicals and call it food? Who but America could spend hundreds of millions on movies that amount to nothing more than weak, cliche plots and digital effects? Who but America could invent a TV genre based on the personal lives of the hideous egos of the mediocre? Who but an American could invent a website based on observing and sharing the most mundane parts of peoples lives and have it succeed? And the joke is, they see this all as a badge of pride. They are so unimaginably indoctrinated from birth into this culture of shit that they actually see it as achieving something of worth.
