The problem I find with Skyrim is the lack of depth or interest. The options in Skyrim are pretty watered down without mods and Skyrim feels like the most boring of the Elder Scrolls. Skyrim's area like fills the generic fantasy role with nothing really absolutely cool and unique. The dragons were cool but that was their focus in Skyrim while everything else kinda suffered. Morrowind is my favorite cause of the very weird world of Morrowind. Places were unique, creatures were unique, there was actually legendary weapons you would want and hunt for since you couldn't just craft the best weapon. Skyrim lost that sense of loot-hunting and wonder of what to find with its focus on player crafted items.
