Dog Fights and Ground Support in Personal Ships.
I WANT THIS. It would be amazing if in a public event you can help the people by dishing out support from your personal ship and even taking on enemy warships. Just thinking about it makes me scream like a 10 year old girl at a Justin Bieber concert.

i say yes that would be awesome. But it would kinda have to be like the battlefield 3-4 gunships/bombers. the ships would have to go in a straight line giving you only a limited amount of time to shoot

5 RespuestasI really think that all the ideas people are coming up with is straying from the kind of game Destiny are trying to make. Add too much different stuff in to this game, and the phenomenal experience starts to thin out and dissipate. We are Guardians, we have our areas of expertise, we have a massive world (solar system actually) to explore, and we have a community of fellow Guardians all striving against the alien races. So I think the focus is us each individually, and enlightening us to the fun of a social network on the battlefield, where our profile pic is the clothes we wear and our cover photo's the weapon we wield.

It would be cool. Kinda like a warthog in BO2 providing CAS except you control it.

If destiny is really successful you never know we might get a spin off title that will be all about space. Or we might get so caught up in destiny that we might never want to leave.

22 Respuestasmaybe in sequels, but its unlikely in the first title, due to releasing on 360 and PS3, I would love it as much as the next person, but I have a feeling the ship is just going to be cut scene travel for right now. Ps, that is because you are a 10 year old girl.

1 RespuestaAll evidence released so far suggests this won't happen. I'm really pissed at the fact that instead of landing your ship, getting out, letting teammates come in to resupply, etc, we simply teleport to the ground as our ship flys overhead. I hope to god that's only because the footage was from ore alpha.
