Flying Our Own Spaceships In Destiny?
We want to know if you want to fly spaceships to travel through space, or if it should just be an animation for fast-travel. Please leave additional comments below.

1 RespuestaIt would be nice to fly in a spaceship and actually travel through space or World to your destination don't get me wrong collecting spaceships look really good but it would be great and amazing to use them in PVE or PVP Will just be amazing for the game . As a guardian it would be adequate to go off for a venture and fly to the quest destination on another part of the world 🌎 to find or help out other guardians

1 RespuestaI think the next game should definitely have dogfights, or areas to go kind of like going to mars, but dedicated to space travel, but close to planets so you don't just go in one direction for too long making it boring. Another thing could be it is an option as some people just want to get to places quickly, or get bored of it, it shouldn't be a forced feature but one that is available.

2 RespuestasI think the flyable spaceships should be a zone rather than a way of transportation. Transportation should be the animation, but if we could have a mission or a crucible activity like the level in Halo Reach, that would be amazing.

Plus being able to do this in a game I find so dear to my heart, words can't describe the feeling I would have. Please Bungie make it happen in Destiny 2! :D

It would make sense, because one I'm tired of just looking at a load screen and two it would have me play the game more. Also exotic ships will be nice in part 2😑

Yes, I would love to fly my spaceship on Destiny I think it would be awesome instead of having the computer doing it for us, plus I'd like to actually fight above a planet as well which would be kind of awesome when u can shoot enemies and get glimmer, perks for ur weapons, armour and possibly be able to get the chance to upgrade ur ship as well. But whether this will happen we will never find out

I think there needs to be a specific location where piloting and space combat takes the place of sparrow travel and the basic run-and-shoot, and there could be small stations where the player would get out of their ship and pull out their weapon. It would still have the same formula as normal patrols and missions, just with an added flair.

Destiny is supposed to have rpg elements. How cool would it be to find hidden asteroids or comets to land on? Hidden golden chests you have to find by exploring the moons of a planet? Finding mini-bosses and loot in a hidden area you didn't know you could fly into? C'mon guys.

I just want a small, fast, compact spacecraft to look around in. Flying it is much much better, but come on, you don't get to climb into an F-16 on future-space steroids every single day.

2 RespuestasThere should be landing pads as well where you have to go to get on your ship and in the tower a spot where you can jump on your ship.

Omg yes! Check out the Game Ace Online. Id like to see something like that implemented into destiny. It would make it the ultimate space mmo! The end all of videogames! Basicly have fully equipable ships you can buy weapons and shields and engines for and dog fighting missions and pvp! Please please please!

If they do try to get over on us like that, I don't think we should buy the next one. They made a lot of promises before this game came out, and they haven't stuck them yet.

If we can fight you need to have a 2 person mode where one is the pilot and the second is the gunner. I want a little TOP GUN action!!!! Oh wait...... Have a pvp map where the spawn point is way off the battle area. You have to have someone flying a transport back and forth to the spawn zone to pick up the guardians who have been downed on the battle field. Guardians inside the ship can take up gunner positions as they travel back to the battlefield......This is going to be SOOOOOOO AWESOME. THANK YOU BUNGIE!!!

See, this would be how you would make an awesome game instead of just a semi-good one. The way the destroy one thing everytime they patch another, let alone adding the mechanics...yeah, wishful thinking for destiny 2. #fullopenenviroment

i think that there should be flying in the game, transit flight and some combat flight. i was wondering what the point of buying a ship was, other than to look cool.

Space battles would be awesome. It'd also be cool if we could move our ships around the screen during loading/travel screens, something to do while enjoying the scenery.
