Let me make a long answer so people will be able to read it, even though only a few will ever see this.--- You can have Xbox Live and not have a Gold Membership, it's called a silver membership. and with a silver membership, one may be a able to have live updates. These updates are what I believe are the main creation of this living world because it is always connected to the living world. It's the only way. Now if you want to download an expansion of who knows what, for they haven't even announced or showed how the game works, then I guess it would be a good time to get a gold membership. That's the cost of life. And the cost for a better community with a better connection, now with the 300,000 dedicated servers that make up the Live Cloud. The experience I believe will be unprecedented. Will the Playstation Network be better than it was with the PS3, I don't know. Cause from my experience with it, it wasn't all too great. What I know is that this new bungie experience will be epic and if anyone would miss out, it would be sad. I for one want the full experience, so I am getting a job within the week to save some money so I can get the Xbox One, and the collectors edition on what will be the greatest game of all time. Destiny, it is yours and mine.
