I sort of suspected my dad was, but it was confirmed the other day when he saw my Political Science book. When he saw the author, he turned to me and said "Oh no, you're reading that asshole commie Jew f*ck bastard?" I was shocked to hear something like that.
I'm actually kind of scared now.

Slightly, but still yes.

No. I don't think any of my relatives are racist, actually. My grandma used to stereotype blacks, but I don't know if she still does.

2 RespuestasWe live in Southern Indiana. They're racist, I have no beef with anyone because of their race. I hate people when they give me a reason to hate them.

Editado por Capitons Wang: 5/14/2013 11:52:05 AMNope, not at all, even my grandparents were cool with all the black chicks ive dated. Commie jew? I dont think your father is racist, just a huge dumbass to be honest.
-
3 RespuestasI don't think my parents are but why would I be? I find big booties of all colors attractive on females and see stupid people of all skin colors... I wouldn't need to go as irrelevant of the color of someone's skin if I really wanted to hate you.
-
Yes. We don't like people immigrating into our country because we fear that overpopulation might occur eventually.
-
Nope, no real racists in my family, Racist jokes on the other hand... But people who cannot tell the difference for hating someone because of the colour of their skin and telling jokes are not worthy of having an opinion.

6 RespuestasEditado por Tartan 118: 5/14/2013 10:44:48 AMLolyes. I was raised racist, and my two siblings still are. Thankfully, I realised how utterly moronic a concept it is. My folks, however, still believe black people can't be English. Still think there should be no immigration. Hell, recently, childcare changes were on the news, and they interviewed a non-native woman of some kind, and my brother said to the TV, 'Maybe you should go back to your own country.' At one point, when my dad wasn't in the room, my sister and I were watching a soap. Then an Indian family was onscreen, and my brother said, 'Oh, they have to have some [racial slur]s in there.' At which point, I had a mouthful of sandwich but I was still so -blam!-ing infuriated by his disgusting behaviour, I screamed, 'SHUT THE -blam!- UP!' at him. It was a bit muffled. I swear, if ever I get the opportunity to give any of them a good, hard smack around the face, I'll do it.
-
Nope, but my dads parents are somewhat against blacks.
-
not specifically racist i don't think, but my mum is really prejudiced in general. she'd never admit to being prejudiced against anyone and always makes it seem like she isn't, but she can't hide it that well.
-
3 RespuestasHmm well my father isn't to fond of blacks or homosexuals.
-
No, absolutely not My grandparents may be a little in an old fashioned sense though
-
Yes but then again we are all racist... To be honest everyone is it's just how good they are at hiding it.
-
1 RespuestaNo but my parents won't be to happy at first if I don't marry a Russian/Ukrainian Slavic girl. I don't complain cuz they're super attractive ;)

Editado por Steel Assassin: 5/14/2013 7:24:32 AMMy mother plainly admitted that she hates black people when asked. She also tried raised me as a toddler to hate Mexicans (not something that even became ingrained), so I guess she's not too fond of them either. My dad wasn't too fond of our Mexican neighbors, though that may have more to do with them playing music till 3am and inviting bugs into the apartment building.

Not really. If we do say something racist, it's usually about our own race and it's usually funny because everyone of our race laughs at it.

3 RespuestasEditado por Player3Th0mas: 5/14/2013 6:43:54 AMNope, It's like the other way around. I can be "racist" from time to time, but they never are. "racist" like, people who come here for jobs should be placed in the back of the queue, let natives have jobs first. But that's not really racist, I never am.
-
Both parents are racist towards Aboriginals because of the locals. Dad is generally racist to Indians, middle-easterners, French, Boat-people and Americans (to a lesser extent).
-
Nope. Sometimes on accident, but never in a mean spirited or intentional way. My Dad just has the worst time with accents. I honestly say a lot more racist things then they do, but apparently that's because my generation is actually less racist (and thus more comfortable making jokes about it). Go figure.
-
No, but I do have some relatives that will say certain things that would make a person say "STFU! We're all human so why does it matter?"
-
Well, my mother wasn't thrilled when I was dating one of my ex's who happened to be black like...two years or so ago? She wasn't violent or openly against it or anything, just those subtle signs that said, "Ehhh, I don't really like this, but it's your choice."

An Italian almost bit my grandpa's finger off. He called Italians 'Dings'.
