So my aunt that works in the medical field offered me a sex-change for free.
I kind of act girly and she asked me in a nice way. I'm not transgender or transsexual, but think of all the fun things you could do as a girl...I'm not going to get a woman or a man to have sex with me, and I'd prefer to have the private parts of woman than a man for certain reasons. You know what they are.
So Flood, should I do it? I can easily fake my way through the evaluation or whatever it's called.

You're more likely going to sleep with your preferred sex if you keep your original parts if that's what you care about.

It's not a process that you should ever "fake your way through". If you're seriously considering gender reassignment surgery, you owe it to yourself and to the medical professionals who will be treating you to be as open, honest and as collaborative with them as you can. PS: No one who "works in the medical field" can offer this process "for free". All in all? 2/10
