Anyone here know about this? It is news to me.
There is a blacklight image of Halsey / Cortana on the back of the Reach limited edition.

Bump for Easter egg finding

1 RespuestaEditado por Arbiter 739: 2/28/2013 11:18:22 AMI am highly disappointed. I came in here expecting to see that the long hidden easter egg in Halo: Reach had been found. Still cool though, I didn't notice that on my copy. EDIT: Thank you for changing the title.

5 RespuestasReally a testament to Bungie's awesomeness. Reach is the best Halo. :)
-
I saw this when I first looked at it... These people are dumb, it's really easy to see.
-
People may have known this already and maybe not, but this is the first time I have seen it. Thanks for sharing, cool to see all the things Bungie has hidden and gets be excited for what we are going to discover in their new universe.
-
Took them years to discover.
-
1 RespuestaThis really isn't new. My friends and I knew about that from day 1.
-
1 RespuestaBut you can see the faint outline of it even without the blacklight :s
-
Holy crap, all this time i thought it was just a cool little ID card, makes me wonder if all in-universe ID cards have that feature too, so machines or security guards can match the card holder with the card
-
1 RespuestaI'm so proud to have the Legendary Edition :')
-
3 RespuestasWasn't this thread already created today?
-
Seriously? I saw that about a month after I got Reach. If you hold it up to just a regular light, you can see it too. I thought nothing of it... I guess I should have spread the news...
-
You can see her if you just get the light to shine on it right, but for the clearest picture you still need a blacklight.
-
1 RespuestaJust tried it with my card. Ming blown
-
1 RespuestaThat's not really an easter egg, but it is interesting, I did notice this the first time I opened up my limited edition though.
-
2 RespuestasUhhh Reach *Scoffs*
-
1 RespuestaAs awesome as that is, I just can't get over how massive her lips are in the last picture. :P

Editado por MurcSpyder: 2/27/2013 7:32:41 PMYou can, vaguely, see the image f you hold it up to the computer screen. The blacklight just makes it that much more visible. I just pulled it out now, and don't have a blacklight to check it, but I see the Halsey image just fine, if I hold it up to the monitor. Seems to work better if the screen is white. And at a slight angle.
-
Now everyone is going to start black lighting all of their Bungie games to try and find secrets. Wal-mart sells decent blacklights for $20.00.
-
That's awesome.
-
Reminds me of the ShotCodes.
-
Cool! Its amazing people finding these things from so long ago.
-
That's pretty cool. Who would have thought to try that?
-
That's a well thought out and hiding Easter egg. It's simple to find, but nobody would have thought about putting a black light up to that card.
