Should split screen be in destiny and should there be guest availability and do you think bungie will put this in?

I really hope there is splitscreen on Destiny. My brother and I have been with Bungie since Halo 3 and we always play together. My brother and I do not want to take turns playing. We want to explore the vast worlds of Destiny TOGETHER, level up TOGETHER, and kill enemies TOGETHER. We both really like Destiny!! Please Bungie change it for the fans!!!!

The addition of split screen co-op would most likely improve the gameplay however the 3 player squads may have to become 4 player squads also this would allow for more players but may reduce bungie's profits. But, with the addition of a split screen system may also increase bungie's profits because it makes a game that is already popular and has a lot of hype even more popular and may increase sales for bungie, this would not only have the potential to help out bungie it would also improve most player's experience and they may have more fun when playing side by side with a friend of a family member.

I can see it now, virtual reality headsets will come out and every person and their grandmother that wants split screen for every game will get one in hopes that developers design games that way again, until you realise it would be so demanding on the hardware that it wouldnt be funny. And for modern games I dont see how people can deal with split screen, dont you want to enjoy the game world, or do you just like it to mindlessly play while you chat with friends like people going into mmo games and just chatting away instead of playing?

i got my Ghost edtion and i wanna play the game with my girlfreind :) we dont wanna get another 47inch TV and another PS4... I got 2controlers right now :) Now what i wanna get is Morpheus that i can set to my PS4 and that way play 2players... (or do split screens) I know Destiny dot have 2playes but Bungie know how to fix that without me beying another "disk". The Ghost edtion is allmost 3times the price and should have/get 2plyers for free...

4 RespuestasSplit screen would be awesome. I loved being able to play a great game side by side with my little brother. Having to take turns on this game would diminish its value to many players who love to play on the same console/screen together. Bungie is great at incorporating split screen into their games and I hope my brother and I will be able to share some more great alien butt kicking TOGETHER when Destiny arrives.

1 Respuestawith systems being so expensive not very many people can afford more than one system. People like being able to play with friends. Split screen is really important to people and it ruins the game not having it!

Do you know why I play COD games, my least favorite franchise? Because I can play with friends. Do you know why I play boring Wii games? Because I can play with friends. Until such a time as the majority of people have the capability of hosting multiple TVs, Consoles and games in the same room, split screen is not dead OR useless. This game wasn't built for computers, it was built for consoles. People have consoles because they can play with other people.

Nah, its not THAT necessary. And like people have said before, wouldn't really work well with gear and lvling. If you really want to play with someone else on the same screen, you can always go old school, in PvE switch off after one of you dies, and in PvP switch off after every round. Or every death there too, doesn't matter.

Yes there needs to be splitscreen there's no more good play with your pals at home games out there anymore I hate it. Either you gotta get wifi and buy two or more systems to even play with your buds

If this game is not split screen, i will not buy it. If it is splitscreen, i will buy it and all its DLC from now untill Destiny 2, which i will also purchase if it has splitscreen. I dont care if you have to downgrade the graphics, Bungie. Nobody does - Just give us splitscreen. Do you not like money?

I was really excited about Destiny but no split screen may not work with our playing habits and household. We tend to play after work at night together. We also play online with other family members and friends and we each have our own live accounts. Taking turns just does not seem like a good alternative and I do not have the money for a second console and copy of the game.
