No, it is no longer possible to move authentication methods (except Twitch) between Bungie profiles as they are now permanently bound once linked. The 'merge' it did wasn't a real account merge though, it never merged Bungie accounts themselves. All it did was allow you to bring the platform accounts under one account instead of them being linked to separate Bungie accounts; it would always orphan the accounts they got unlinked from if there were no other platform accounts linked to it.
