Hello, I completed the relative campaign way back when it was originally launched. For some reason I overlooked the acquisition of this fragment and wanted to go back and collect it. I don't have any outstanding quests to collect from Ghost in the old Tower nor are there any quests of relevance in the new Tower Quest Archive. Naturally, I can't remember what I am supposed to do here so I looked on YouTube. Annoyingly there does not some to be a video that applies to me. There was however a 'Short' video showing the collection of this fragment from a Prismatic chest within the 'Spooky' passageway between the Blooming and Zavalas House at The Seclusion. When I visited this area there was no such chest. Do I need to acquire a legendary Memory Vestige to 'reveal' the chest? Anyone have an answer for me? Thanks.
