Combat Sparrow in 2026
Are there any plans to make the Gryphon available to earn in 2026, whether by running another round of Heavy Metal or otherwise? I missed both rounds in 2025 and I am deeply saddened by this as having a sparrow with weapons on it has always been something I've wanted since starting Destiny 2 back in Red War, and Lawless Frontier has only further heightened that desire. If there are plans for other combat sparrows, I would love to hear about that as well. Thank you.

Sadly it's terribly slow and it's guns are spitwads that do almost nothing so you are not missing much.

You're not missing much, the sparrow handles, and moves as fast as a boat! The guns are a burst fire shotgun, with a dual missile alt fire, that changes based on your super It's huge, and ugly, and I have rarely used it
