Swordmaster Helmet
I “grinded” and completed everything in Dawning(gilded) and then some. I never did receive the Swordmaster Helmet.
I continued baking cookies and giving cookies and opening gifts but never received the helmet.
If it was locked behind an activity other than Dawning related that is mean.
I have all other pieces but needed helmet to have four piece bonus with Getaway Artist.
This and missing ghost bug are my reasons for no longer playing/spending.

Swordmaster armor was a bonus from the cookies, not a guarantee. This is a perfect example of people wanting things in the game without playing the game lol. If you want the helm, just wait till it's the featured drop in a pinnacle activity and grind that. It's guaranteed there.

The swordmaster set is in pinnacle ops afaik. You can farm the helmet there when it is the daily focus. The dawning giving you random armor pieces from all activities was a bonus, not something you were entitled to get so idk why you think it "unfair" and a reason not to play anymore.

lol, I ran a few pinnacle ops last night got a bunch of everything, except absolutely NO boots! Crazy!

Check daily for the featured drop in pinnacle ops. It’ll be in rotation. I turned in around 400 cookies; got everything for Titan, and 3 pieces for Warlock. Was definitely a rarer drop, but way more convenient than running pinnacles over and over. You’ll get it!

It definitely dropped but was rare to get em. Took me about 1000 cookies to get a full set with melee stat for each character. Spent 12k dawning essence in total by the end of the event

I couldn't get the helmet either. Will supplement with 2 piece sage from the dungeon.
