I really don't like the fact that old armor sets have effectively been sunset for the time being with Renegades, I assume the old armor sets will be brought back eventually but I really don't see a reason all armor sets couldn't exist in the same respective playlists or just put the old armor sets in Arena Ops. What I would like more is to have a way to focus a specific armor set in a playlist. For example in Fireteam Ops you could either choose to focus the new Ferropotent armor set, smoke jump, or tech sec armor sets. I think this would be good to mitigate FOMO for old armor sets while giving people more agency to the armor that they want to farm out. Especially for this season it feels bad to not be able to get the Tech sec armor set anymore since there is a big focus on kinetic damage this season. If there actually is a way to acquire old armor sets right now please let me know as I have not found a way.
