Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're dealing with this frustrating issue!
Could you please go through the following steps, in order, to try and troubleshoot the situation?
1) Fully close Destiny 2, then [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199051-Clearing-the-Console-Cache]clear your console's cache[/url].
2) Launch Destiny 2 on your Warlock, then head to the Cosmodrome and speak with Shaw Han to see if he has a quest for you called Learning Light. If he does, pick it up and complete it to see if that helps you unlock Echo of Reprisal from Ikora.
3) If he doesn't have the quest, please go to the Quest Archive to double check if the quest is available there for you. (I know you mentioned you already checked the Archive, but we're just covering our bases.)
4) If you still don't see the quest or Echo of Reprisal anywhere, please load in to the Tower via the Annex landing zone specifically (not the main Courtyard one), then speak with Ikora to see if she has the fragment. If she does, try purchasing it, then meditating next to her. If she doesn't have it, try meditating next to her all the same.
If going through all of those steps doesn't change anything about the situation, we'd like to ask you to please capture footage of you going through steps 2-4 so that we can escalate this on to the team for further investigation. Once you have the footage, you can upload it to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, so we can take a look.

Editado por DJBassBlue: 12/19/2025 10:36:03 PMAfter quitting out of Destiny 2 and unplugging my Xbox for 5 to 10 minutes to clear out the cache, I plugged everything back in and booted up my Xbox and recorded each of the following steps 2-4 to show you my findings, which still did not allow me to get the echo of reprisal. I even checked the location for the starting point of the quest learning light in the cosmodrome just in case. But it did not prove fruitful at all

Hi again, Thank you for the footage. We noticed you have the Into the Abyss quest and have not yet completed it. Could you try doing so and see if this changes things? Additionally, we did not see you meditate next to Ikora. After completing Into the Abyss and all its steps, if Echo of Reprisal is not already unlocked, we recommend loading in via the Annex and meditating at Ikora to see if this helps as well.

UPDATE Can you please reset the Learning Light quest on my character so I can run through it again and obtain the Echo of Reprisal? I’ve gone to Ikora multiple times and tried completing Into the Abyss, but I still cannot get the Echo of Reprisal. I even provided a video clearly showing that I cannot meditate to unlock the fragment, which is the entire reason I’m asking for your help. Please take action and resolve this issue. PS: After trying to complete into the abyss it is glitched on part 8 out of 9 where it wont give me the next flag to go to ikora and collect the gun at the end of the quest so i cant even do your request; i have run multiple solo op on GM with rank A modifiers on.. no luck:

Can you please reset my Learning light quest on this character so that way I’m able to do it again I cannot stress this enough. Please get this done. Otherwise please direct me to a higher branch who can get this done.

I will try the into the abyss quest and get back to you; rebuttals to the other things you pointed out; 1) i could not meditate i could not meditate next to ikora since it did not give me any prompt; i did the sit emote to mimic it since that's all could do since i have all the other fragments from arc solar and void besides reprisal 2) i spawned at annex at the beginning of step 2; i just ran all the way to teh archive first before running all the way back and me showing you ikora and her fragments i did that again just in case with no luck
