Upper hand catalyst not dropping
Completed the requirements and had the text to say it was in the vault
Is not there when collecting

I have the opposite issue. I completed the hyper blade requirements but it didn't drop. Last one I need to do

1 RespuestaIt’s bugged. When you do Hyperblade first you can’t get the Upperhand Catalyst anymore. I heard there is a workaround to let someone start it without any Catalyst and do upper hand and hyperblade together. I hope Bungie just fixes it.

Upper hand did not drop for me either, but my bug happened much earlier. The two mini-blights that should have spawned where the Taken Knights spawned at the beginning never spawned and so we were unable to do the light blights in the final boss encounter.
