Run a master. Did it an hour ago, caldera with trachinus & the 3rd volatile mod so your right hand side as you look, got A & got the triumph.

Did you get A rank? It doesn't say you need A I don't think but bungie doing bungie things. Maybe try the GM version so you can get A
