Siva particles from the outbreak perfected are doing ungodly high amounts of damage, if you aren’t full health 1-2 of the siva particles out of the huge swarm will disintegrate you. Pulses are dominating crucible, and specifically the outbreak perfected is getting used by everyone like The Summoner all over again. Scouts and autos can be good, but its getting annoying playing arms week or trials with half the players or more using outbreak perfected. The new hand canon has quests for it so I’m not surprised people are using it but outbreak perfected seems broken right now
