Divine Fragmentation quest not dropping
I have several players in the past few days reporting that the engram that gives you the Divine Fragmentation quest is not dropping from the minotaur on the moon.. Confirmed with a player just now that the engram did not drop after two attempts, the quest is not present on any character, and is not available in the quest archive in the tower.
