Frequent (Multiple times in a Day) Freezing. (NOT CRASHING)
Playing in any game mode, or in freeroam, the game will occasionally stutter, then freeze, and then stays that way. It does not crash. No way to get out of it besides using Task Manager to force close the game. This is a brand new, high end PC, and this is the only game that gives me this problem, on all graphics settings.
What gives?
