During the 1st few days races would be won by 40-50 secs so they added ultra strict sbmm, this resulted in every race being 6 guys finishing close together but at the same time crucible simply became unplayable, matchmaking would take 20 mins & find 3 players then time out, the few games that started were like 4v3 & everyone was red bar. Because they coded SRL as PvP the sbmm change affected crucible & simply made it unplayable for around a month. On their return they said crucible was unplayable, not because of anything on their end but because everyone was playing SRL so there were no players for crucible. See the issue here, when a company lies & forgets what they said? They have people like you defending them for no reason, they've cultivated you like a test lab 🐀
