Game is uninstalled
Just wanted to say thanks for the memories bungie. After 2,748 days I just can’t waste another second on this game.
I spent all week grinding court of blades and got zero shiny adepts to show for it. I have 57 different adept weapons in my inventory and not a single one was this difficult to get (Including adept raid weapons).
Trials is overran with cheaters and people are cheating in guardian games playlists and mayhem because they know bungie won’t do anything about it.
Expert rushdown is supposed to be a fun event. It’s absolutely the most miserable thing I’ve done since the skolas mission.
We can go on and on but those couple things put the final nail in the coffin for me.
If you are having fun, keep playing. If you are miserable and feel like you’re at a low paying job then I suggest you quit.

Either the only ones left here are toxic no lifers and trolls, or ppl in general have forgotten how to be kind to one another. I wish you luck, Guardian. Goodbye. 15 RespuestasEither you never played D1 and the beginning of D2 or you have brain fog and forget how miserable drop rates used to be. Lol Trials this season has been the most enjoyable for me in a long time. As someone who is a middle of the road pvp player, I stopped playing trials for a long time because of the loot structure. It’s literally easier than ever to get an adept drop now. If you want to leave the game, you can leave and play other games on your own accord. It’s perfectly fine and healthy. This game isn’t everything, but you aren’t the only one who plays this game. If you’re having that bad of a time, then play something else. The amount of entitlement in much of the community these days is insane. Also, Expert Rushdown is not that if you have a fireteam with the proper builds. I did it solo matchmaking and we had no issues. Our guardians are stronger than we’ve ever been. Experienced players should have minimal issues completing difficult content with the proper loadout knowledge, game sense, and buildcrafting.

Every once in a while I get hit with nostalgia for D1. I used to reinstall D2 and trick myself into thinking it was the same kind of game I was missing. Now I just look up videos of your ship in orbit for an hour so the old music plays. Its a better experience.

3 RespuestasI too quit 2.5 years ago. I've since returned to clench five more titles. But after recreation of 2 of my classes I realized the loot pool is outrageously favored to non hunter classes. Every time we get something good we're stripped. Titans are now not only ridiculously op in trials again but they're cheating on smurf accounts to boot. Like the 16 and 0 titan that ate my bullets with 0 damage and could bolt charge with every strike with perfect aim to boot. The name was crow all lowercase and likely a pc controller player with aim bot. I'm not a younger player but after 20 years of competitive gaming especially dealing with cheaters in counter strike and leagues etc. I just lost my 3 win streak to a crap titan that ran from everything but never missed.... This is my final farewell to you Bungie. I will not appease your failed member Berry releases of legendary raids. I will no longer be denied the marksman weapons i deserve like mythoclast and icebreaker. And I will no longer help new lights. Should I continue at all... It will be too break the same game you failed to fix repeatedly. I regret buying any additional dlc on PC. You screw us every chance you get and you're going to lose us all. First and last post I'm gone soon as I'm done with this episode. And I will boycott all Bungie games henceforth. Have fun with the cheaters and low life low skilled audience you cater to

Honestly bro I couldn’t have said it better, since I payed for heresy I’m going to get to season lvl 200 then I’m deleting it. Like you said I have good memories and it was fun, but I can’t stand it anymore. SO MANY cheater in trials and the matchmaking is so unbelievably broken I just don’t wanna play it anymore. I wish bungie would actually listen to the community and fix the IMPORTANT stuff but they only care about adding new stuff and saying @&$! The old stuff. Honestly can’t wait to finish this season so I can move onto other games. It’s been fun ig, but not anymore

I throw in the towel also I was not doing enough damage to bosses and opponents in crucible so I quit, What I experienced is this I don't know about anybody else, I did not buy the last episode or this episode, but I noticed I wasn't doing enough damage to bosses and opponents in crucible during revenant I chalked it up to a bug then Heresy released then it got worse spawning in the crucible 1 2 shots down I think it was done on purpose on damage and resistance so I don't know about any other players but that is what I experienced today 3 17 25 I quit destiny and d2 characters are gone vault is empty and both games are uninstalled and good grief d2 took up a lot of memory. I'm free from this franchise I don't care if you believe me or not I'm done.

1 RespuestaThat's why I quit D2 and only play D1 sparingly. Plus a few other things but still. D2 got too boring and tedious. Games should be fun to play, relaxing. Destiny 2 hasn't been that for a long time to me.

I uninstalled a few months back, one day I seen something about IB and thought man I really love IB. Downloaded again and I have to say that after stepping away for a few I view the game very differently. It's a lot easier to turn it off now and not feel like I'm missing out on something.

4 RespuestasI haven't uninstalled, yet. I'm not playing and still don't feel the urge to play after a few months away. It's kinda sad, every time I think about booting D2 up I ask myself why and can't seem to come up with any good reason to do it, so I don't. Dunno if that'll last forever but as of now? I don't feel any want or need to play this game.

I'm currently building a new PC and will not be downloading D2. I played Rushdown and it was the most miserable and frustrating experience I had in the game. I was playing on normal yesterday and we got to the boss and wiped twice. I ended up quitting the activity and the game due to frustration with activity. Today I did it on easy mode and is was still difficult, wiped once, almost quit again bc it just all misery and zero fun. The best part was the reward, scott rifle with the worse perks and the activity took 25 minutes to finish. NO -blam!- way I'm playing this activity again. The Nether adept drop rate issue is also annoying but since Bongo does nothing about it, is just better to just quit the game and be done with it. Eyes up guardians...guardian down. Haven’t uninstalled the game but have cut back considerably. With tons of better and even older games out their who’s developers care about their customers by providing meaning updates and content, I have been giving those games my attention. Like No Mans Sky, and Death Stranding, especially with the soon release of Death Stranding 2. Destiny is on the back burner for all the above reasons and much more. The game has just become a rinse and repeat cycle of weapon grinding. The worse part is that I find myself storing weapons that I never use, like a junk collector. The game has become self defeating.

I'm just playing 6v6 to see who's cheating and running different weapons in the Pale Heart for fun. I paid for the expansion so I might as well access. The "content" though? Farked at best. 🤣🤣🤣

1 RespuestaI have to agree, rushdown is sad at best. I always pair with someone that dies 8 times before the second encounter. The concept is cool, but a MAJORITY of the community can't put a build together or the time to build a character ... I understand your frustration.

Fair enough only so much people can take ! Just took 3 attempts to get a game in Quickplay ….then we have the hardcore sweat bots on the other team , 4vs 4….0-18 ….nah I actually quit first time I along time . Last week was -blam!- in Quickplay and it seems to be rapidly getting worse . Is this it Bungie 🤷🏼♂️

Let me tell you this, i really don't watch streamers, but is about time, these guys that bungie listen to, start to speak about cheaters, is out of control, or that guy that write Paul tassi, this issue gotta be Public so bungie will not dare to ignore it, cheating is at rampage.
