Cant unlink my old twitch
I've lost access to my old email when my phone died on me and I've been unable to recover it, and since I cannot access the email or remember my old password, I've been locked out of getting twitch drops and emblems.
Is there any way to get my new twitch linked while being unable to access the currently linked account?

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. If you are unable to access the linked Twitch account, then you will need assistance from Twitch support. You can contact them [url=https://help.twitch.tv/s/contactsupport?language=en_US]here[/url]. If you have access or regain access to the Twitch account, then you can unlink through Bungie account settings. To do this, go to Bungie.net Settings and then Accounts & Linking. Beneath your main platform accounts, you'll see your Twitch.tv link. You can unlink it there.
