i got that roll (headstone/rimestealer) and tried it out. and remembered why i hate headstone with a passion. you can proc the headstone ice crystal with a headshot easily. then waste the rest of your mag trying to break said crystal. when it would've just been easier and used less ammo to just shoot the enemies. the only time it's helpful is if you can proc it off a low level enemy while a yellow bar is extremely closeby. but it never seems to work for me. the frost armor doesn't really feel like it does much. i don't use stasis class that much, so i don't really build into it though. i threw it in the vault (just in case). but for bounties requiring stasis, i have just been using an encore/frenzy roll. once you get frenzy proc'd , it's not too bad.
