Tomb's loot not worth the grind
No reason to grind the tomb since the weapons are not worth the grind. No double perks and SMG is bad
Today was I doing the tomb on contest mode and on the last round I died and the game would not revive me on purpose so we would fail the activity.
It said that it was looking for location to respawn me....WTF...it does not make any sense other than they want you to fail the activity to continue grinding. The game did not revive me and so my team failed and the activity ended so we did not finish it.
This is so garbage because I wasted an hour and the game made us fail on purpose...shady tactics Bungie. I logged off and stopped playing. I hope everyone quits this trash game!!!

Also why is nobody talking about the fact that the bonus chest you get for having warden favor, literally doesn't drop loot at all?

Honestly the best thing is just to get a new game. I come back to this game for mayhem week. Pete parsons doesn’t care about this game, and neither will I. I’m tired of spending money for “recycled” content or reprised content.

The ol’ Prison had literally dozens of weapons in the pool. Bungie added 3. WTH

1 RespuestaThe reward structure is fine I think. I just dislike its cramped design of the tomb. Not to mention smaller and sporadic unit density. Tier 7 deep dives and coil were far more expertly designed in terms of flow.

Ran a mix of this, got trash weapon rolls and not one single Flake to help craft the new tonics.

I’ll probably run it a few more times, but I’m definitely not going to grind it because it’s pointless. Prime example being a chroma rush tonic in tomb and onslaught, and I’d be willing to wager that each weapon will have a tonic for both activities. It’s a waste of time and a waste of tomb flakes, which are apparently going to be extremely rare. In my opinion this was just another attempt by bungie to drag out playtime for subpar rewards. Remember their philosophy, “don’t over deliver”! Well they didn’t deliver -blam!- this episode, because it sucks -blam!-.

No reason for playing. Same Don they give you one better perk and take away everything else there’s no such thing as a weapon because every good thing you get they suck away and the other things you want.

[b]***SNIPPED AND REPOSTED ***[/b] Just done a run as part of Act II story…this is not a fun activity…shan’t be doing too much of this…it’s overtuned (imho 🧐) and it ain’t fun or rewarding in terms of loot. I was particularly pleased to have joined a game in progress featuring a 10 & 11 for the runs - tyvm teammates 👻👻 …otherwise I might have just bounced… This old tortoise ain’t built for that stuff. 😵💫 That is all. I absolutely hate the Tomb! The Coil was better hands down all the way. The mechanics and modifiers Suck A for the Tomb. Where the hell is the loot??? What a joke. Really no reason to play much at the moment. What a waste of time.

2 RespuestasAfter doing a variation of Tomb, I found that the grind is slow and boring. Encounters on contest are just out of control. Nothing but bullet sponge Yellow bar bosses. Spawn locations are death traps. I completed 6 Tombs, 4 normal and 2 contest. Not a single one gave me flakes to craft any tonics, just the standard ingredients that I get some other activities. Weapons are hit or missing. I'd like a medium rare steak, not rare.

Weapons are great so that’s not the issue. The issue is the lack of them.

5 RespuestasThen your team ran out of revive tokens. It's the same thing they did in the Coil. You get a certain amount of tokens and can earn more by doing certain challenges correctly but if your team runs out then it's game over.

12 RespuestasThe 3 new guns are mostly trash. I might farm a zen moment/headseeker gridskipper but we just got claws of the wolf which is the exact same gun and element. With the same perks. The shotgun with discord is kinda nice for pve. Another closing time precision frame for pvp… The smg is utter trash in pve and pvp. I tried rolls. Soooo it’s day 2 of the new act and I’m season pass level 150. Yep I saved some seasonal bounties. Idk what to do. Gild Conq? Do the Alenenenonythym catalyst? Why? The stasis GL sucks too. It’s the least stasis synergy gun in the game. In fact , it doesn’t synergize with anything. Might aswell be kinetic. Alright well, it is what it is. Bungie tells me to F off and I will.

2 RespuestasIt took you an hour? I've only done one run so far, but it took us about 36 minutes. And we cleared it with plenty of revives left. And yes, I was playing with blueberries.

Is this about the loot or about how you and your team died 20+ times and you're mad about that.
