Hey there, the Bungie Account linked to your Steam account is showing as being created today. If you've changed your cross-save settings and unlinked Steam from your original Bungie Account, it will have generated a new one when you next logged in with it. Your code-redeemed (and digital reward) emblems are all tied to your original Bungie Account, now your Steam has been unlinked from that, it has lost access to those emblems. A name change will not have done this. Your emblems are where they were left, on another Bungie Account. You say you 'believe' an account was linked in cross-save, cross-save is not a trivial process to set up nor to deactivate, could you be more specific on what you've done to your accounts recently? The only way to recover access to the emblems is to re-link your Steam to the old Bungie Account.
