Why Would Oscillation Be Fun?
Please feel free to roll up oscillation in to a little ball and throw it off a cliff.
I use one weapon that gets steadily less powerful so I can swap to another??
This is worse than momentum or the one where being in the air reduces outgoing damage and increases incoming damage.
Why, Bungie? Why would this be ANY fun at all?

Why would this be ANY fun at all?[/quote] the real problem is that the people that don't take breaks from this game, play other games, or are simply too good at them aren't feeling challenged anymore, it doesn't matter how many negative modifiers they add, these people will just say anyone who doesn't like it has a skill issue and thus legitimate complaints about the difficulty will be brushed off by the devs

blame the streamers, since that's the only group of people bungie listens to they whined the game was too easy, so bungie is making all of us suffer to appease .01% of the player base

The void hunger mod on master nightfalls looks just as annoying, cant play anything atm anyway as either Microsoft or bungles servers are messed up atm

Someone at Bungie was doing their best Darth Vader voice with their Oscillating fan at their workstation. They found it annoying when the fan would oscillate and ruin the moment. This is how a new modifier is born. Porch pirates are the inspiration for exploding ammo.
