It is.
I’ve run Duel Destiny once on my Hunter and got Calibans/Synthos so I no longer feel the need to hunt for any other rolls.

I've been looking for a necrotic / star eater since day 1. Still no luck. I did get a galanor/verity one on my hunter on the second try. Which is pretty cool since it works with Gunpowder Gamble to double damage. Not meta by any means, but I have more fun with Gunpowder Gamble than a melee build.
