Lol so that's why they removing it, because of people complaining about getting to do MORE damage if they use the proper tools

It's because even with the surge, you still deal 15% less damage than what we would deal pre lightfall it's an artificial difficulty that severely handicaps everyones loadout, point blank it was a terrible idea from bungie to implement

I’d imagine if the most divided groups in this community can agree that they don’t appreciate their load outs being limited for the sake of difficulty
