Certain hunter helmets remove the hood entirely and leave it as just a cape.

Which ones exactly, it is certain capes that have no hoods. Not a single hunter helmet removes the hood off a cape to my knowledge

Coutier helmet removes hood entirely, its what my hunter has, I think its eververse, also the skull helmet in eververse. I think the beanie hat from 30th also removes the hood if I'm not mistaken.

The skull helmet eververse set, I forget what its called, the cloak for it has a skeleton snake.
