Bungie Failed
I've read quite a bit of the Forum over the last few days.
Had a bit of a moan myself!
[u]What clearly stands out is that Bungie has lost contact with it's main player base.[/u]
Bungie has decided to go with the Streamers, and the few remarkably able players, who
solo everything at every level.
There have been some congrats from some, but is also seems that those congrats deteriorate pretty quickly, when the frustrations starts.
I've been playing since D1, and I've managed to do most of the moderate stuff, but I've never seen so much everyday activities with this level of difficulty.
I don't mind not doing the activities I can't do, but this is ridiculous, to the point that Bungie thieved my money!

I agree with ya I see many of the "amazing positive welcoming inclusive community" posting comments to you disagreeing and showing their lovely colors. I think the true test will be time, we will see how many solos and casuals like the direction this game has gone in, streamers will see their viewership numbers and subs, we will see -blam!- is the majority and minority I think.

2 RespuestasThat's Bungie, when ever the do something amazing and have everyone rooting for them, they shoot themselves in the foot. Like for real, if they did not promote exotic class items as a main thing for this dlc, and came out and said before launch that a mini raid was how we are supposed to get them, nobody would be mad. Yet even as Final shape launched, they said nothing. When world first happened, they were vague, saying it would be a new activity. If they were transparent, I guarantee this would not have happened.

1 RespuestaI think the problem is they felt the pressure the streamers where putting on them to make this the best and most difficult expansion yet since it's the end of the saga. Because of that bungie dialed up the difficulty forgetting that 60% or more of the player base doesn't have dedicated teams, or 8 hours to spend doing 1 activity. Even some of the new seasonal stuff feel pretty tough, like the secret mission.

Bungie legit made the best DLC and somehow you all found a way to complain because you can’t talk to another stranger for half a hour for an exotic class item that YOU GUYS CAN FARM AFTERWARDS IN THE PALE HEART. Stop acting like children who can’t make friends and go to LFG and play.

Where is the bird that's supposed to be in front of the building? Youtube clearly states that there's supposed to be a bird in front of the building but when I get there there's no bird.

It’s an extremely small minority of players who like to complain every time there’s something even slightly challenging out their way.

There's a learning curve unlike typical fps. It's a loot and even kind of rpg like in how to tailor armor and the like. If it's like a game you want to play once in awhile, the ritual activities are fairly tame. Also if you're new to the season, Luke just stick with seasonal content first. Sometimes gear from past seasons I've found to be a lost cause, and just cause tge gun is exotic doesn't make it highly effective. I had a lot of success with loot in guardian games and onslaught. If you’re playing Lightfall? Sure. If you’re playing Final Shape? Disagree. So, far this is their best work. The storytelling of Forsaken with the well-tuned game play and feel of The Witch Queen.
