The PvP changes are great!
I haven't ever really been AMAZING at PvP but I've usually had above a 1.0 kd. With more primary play and more duels I feel like not only am I actually improving but I feel like I've always been a little better than I thought I was. I've been pretty consistently on the top of the leaderboard with a few exceptions and I got my first we ran out of medals EVER in all my years of playing Destiny (I haven't really sunk a lot of time in PvP because it used to be pretty miserable but I feel like I'll be spending more time in it now!).
These changes are GREAT! People cannot win duels if they don't hit their headshots nor can they crutch on their abilities nearly as much. The only issue that needs fixing is death balling and team shotting, but I don't really know how they would fix this.
(Also knuckle head radar is severely underrated!!!)
Edit: came back to say I went from liking the changes to LOVING the changes. This is seriously the best I've EVER done in crucible. My season KDA went from like a 1.6/1.7 to a 2.05!!!

My only complaint is that it doesn’t tell you when someone loads special. Would be nice to see before pushing a guy who might have a shotgun

I run with the pack, or I flank to disrupt those pods or duel stragglers. I'm... believe it or not, running Stareaters... which if a good player used my strat, they would probably wreck with it... Revenant with duskfield nades for map control and zoning... Vigilance Wing and Drang with disruption break and swash. Ok, why Star Eaters... 2-4 supers every match... minimum 2...

1 RespuestaTeamshooting isn't a problem. Bungie counts those as kills for everyone involved, because there is literally no way anyone can "fix" that. That's just what happens when you play on a team. All that matters is how the team did together. Other than that part, I'd agree with you. The changes are nice. I hoped they would be, and was actually a bit excited about it. Always had a problem with people talking about "skill" in this game, partly because there's so much aim assist, the players don't have to do much work. I prefer them leaning farther away from it, and hope it stays that way, but we'll see. At least people do have to utilize more skill. I'm ok with them leaning even farther away from aim assist, too, especially for hand cannons and snipers, to try and keep more variety, which there seems to be a bit more of, for the past couple of days at least.

I’m not sure if I’ve improved, got worse, or stayed the same, but I’m enjoying the changes too! I think they may have overtuned special ammo slightly, but it’s much better than before the update.

Discord perk is really shining now too, get that special ammo kill, saves you some ammo.
