Team goes in, start collecting motes then the remaining knights despawn and we're all locked in the very first section.
Happened time and time again even though we go back to orbit and start a fresh instance.
Just us or anyone else seeing similar?

Is everyone staying in the room or is someone attempting to escape through the "hatch" to skip the encounter? As soon as someone reaches high enough in the tube, all the enemies will despawn as if the encounter was completed. If so, that person just needs to start the encounter to pull everyone to the arena, and you can either wipe for the Raid Banner or just do the encounter as normal.
