Hey there, could you double check the Moon map for those three Nightmare Hunt nodes?
You're supposed to play those three next to acquire their essences (which is when you'll see them in the quest log) then complete the essences for the gear pieces.

That sounds like the node for 'Beyond', the final mission. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the Destination map?

I went to take a screenshot and noticed a mission that I think might be it. I'm pretty sure that is it, but had a chance to check it. I would consider this issue resolved for the time being.
