I feel like Shaxx is a very underrated character when it comes to the destiny story and campaigns. He is insane in the lore, why isn’t he in our story more?
-
I don't know, but he should have more in this season, being a good friend of Mara. Maybe he can recite her more poetry in her bed chambers agains.
-
I totally agree. He’s one of the most charismatic NPCs and his exploits in the lore easily stand amongst some of the legendary guardians. I get that he’s the crucible vendor but it makes no sense to leave him out of every single story beat.

1 RespuestaHonestly wish he was. Take Warframe for example. Their Shaxx equivalent Teshin actually became a pivotal character in the ongoing narrative with the War Within.
He even dies in the New War, his vendor replaced by a holographic tribute.
im honestly kind of glad he hasn't, alot his lines in crucible and just his idle dialogue in the tower have flanderized him as the loud warrior bro in destiny 1 he was more calm and softspoken

Price of retconning your story into oblivion. Things get left behind to focus on the important stuff you got to crank out on a timetable.

Honestly, I want a season/episode of the Red Jack's. It could dive into shaxxs past as a warlord and him building his castle above the warmind bunker. A large part of the story would involve diving into the D1 story thread about Arcite and Dahlia. The seasonal activity could focus on us assisting the redjacks to clear crucible arenas from random combatans who are trying to retake the territory and the more story driven activity would revolve around exploring the warmind bunker for tech to improve the redjacks as well as uncover the mysterys about why Arcite and Dahlia are unique.
