"Complete Learning Light"
I'm stuck trying to unlock the first fragment on my original character. I go speak to Ikora Ray and it says to complete the Learning Light mission, I have done it with new characters but can't seem to do it with my original character I've had from D1.
I've googled without any success so any help would be appreciated.

I had to create a new character and play through all the opening missions again. Nothing in lost/abandoned missions and could not get past guardian level 3 without the quest completed. After I played through the opening missions I switched to my main character and voilà!
