I tested Black Talon with the changes made to swords recently. It seems that reversal doesn't last long enough to use at all anymore. The delay forces it into either applying the buff to your regular blade beams or not using it at all. Black Talon as it stands can't take this kind of nerf. While the change to swords nerfs Black Talon to not even being used properly, I have an idea without making things mind-blowingly hard. I would suggest trying to extend the duration of the buff to 5s. This is still pretty tight timing, but it would work with the changes to the swords currently in place, even if the changes are made so that the recharge delay is longer. This is just my suggestion and a warning about unintended nerfing. If someone can manage to get the Black Talon to proc reversal on Full Crow's Wings for both swings, I'd like to see a video.
