Old account hacked
A while ago my old Xbox account was hacked and with it I lost my destiny account. I have since created a new Xbox account. Is there any way to recover my old destiny account and transfer it to my new Xbox account? This is really a dealbreaker for me on whether or not I get back into the game.

No. It's not possible to transfer between accts.

Bungie wont do any sort of progress transfers between accounts.
