Hello Bungie, my clan leader got his account stolen from a smart hacker that made their way into his bungie account to burrow. My only question is how you cannot remove this problem account from the original bungie account. My friend's bungie name is EBGenetics, his account is originally on steam, we can prove that he owns the steam account, and have done so to steam support already. This hacker connected his play station and epic games accounts to Genetic's account via crossplay. Because this guy purchased silver, bungie blocks the removal of said accounts. Why is this even a thing? How can bungie simply shrug at these antics and not inquire further. a little more care for your own patrons would be appreciated bungie. I just want my friend to get complete control back to his steam account alone. This situation was poorly taken care of but it's not too late to fix. I get that the guy has been hostile, but can you not understand? The only people whose job it is to help have told him to move on. I know it's possible for you to fix this, you just don't want to. At least be more honest about why or something. Is there a way we can get him in contact with a real human being instead of being stuck in automated help hell? Can we get him in a live conversation for at least 5 minutes? I attached the link to the original support ticket here. I know it's bad, but this is a situation of a good person being driven to the absolute edge and his emotions are flying in all sorts of directions. Please bungie, all we're asking for is connection and effort. This affects more than one person bungie, and it's not just me either. There is always a place to start being better, why not here and now?
