Is it just me or did this buff just really miss the mark? Compatibility: This exotic only boss the initial arrow and not any other effects that the bow has. This makes it next to useless for most of the exotic bows and it entirely doesn't work with leviathan's breath. Damage bonus: The damage bonus doesn't really make sense to me. When using oathkeepers with exotic bows like wish ender you actually lose DPS as compared to just firing normally on perfect draws. The damage bonus works great for legendary bows. But why would you ever run a legendary bow in PVE unless you were using it alongside leviathan's breath (which gets no benefit from oathkeepers)? Was this just an oversight that it doesn't work with exotic perks or is it intended to only buff the arrow? If it was intended to only buff the arrow itself why does it grant a significantly smaller buff to exotic bows? Personal thoughts: It takes four to five seconds to draw the arrow and get the full charge on the buff. They made it sound like you were going to be able to charge up a super arrow. It may have been a little optimistic, but I was expecting something similar to what we can do with lucky pants. Obviously not a 600% damage bonus, but at least something that would make bows a viable damage option. Is this exotic just broken right now or working as intended? If it's broken and the exotic perks were still meant to get the damage bones then this will be a really good exotic to use but if it's working as intended it just gets relegated to an it's another exotic with a very situational use.
