Solo Spire of the Watcher Triumph Bug
I completed spire of the watcher solo and did not receive the triumph or title progress. It did give me the progress for doing it all as one class (as I was the only one in the activity), but the triumph did not complete.

Though not specified in the triumph, you have to do a fresh run start to finish, no checkpoints, logout, error codes. If I am not mistaken, the one-class triumph has checkboxes for the encounters only and thus is intended to still progress like you did.
