Name the worst movie you ever watched

Hands down Thor love and thunder. Absolute worst movie I've ever watched in the marvel franchise. Honestly it's a slap in the face. The story was boring. Characters were not like the past movies. Overall it was a bad movie.

    • Shadow in the Clouds. A whopping meh.
i didn't watch Marvel movies after SpiderMan3 NWH. Nostalgia was cool, but I expect nothing from Marvel anymore. except the new Guardians 3 movie. That looks fun. I'm going to watch it for sure.
The worst movie? LOTR trilogy, so bland and pointless. Now the BEST movie?
MORBIUS. Morbius was such a morbvacious movie that I wish it wouldn’t have ended. I’ve watched Morbius over 6 billion times, and every Time I see Dr. Michael Morbius morb for the first time I cry a river of tears! We will never receive a sequel to Morbius, because if we did it would surely end the universe with its divine glory. I’ll leave a short summary her for anyone who is scared to watch the movie. Some are scared to view this film because it unlocks the secrets of existence itself for the viewer. Doctor Michael Morbius was born with a rare disability that wouldn’t allow him to morb. Through trial and error. Countless tries and experiments later he felt something deep inside him. He pronounced, “It’s Morbin’ time!!!” And morbed for the first time. That’s it. That’s the movie and it’s -blam!- perfect.

yes, I’m joking.
• Rise of Skywalker, or Fantastic Beasts 2 are up there. But a movie that I have a deep, very personal hatred of is How To Train Your Dragon 2. I absolutely hate that movie. By all means I should like it, and it's very well loved by fans and critics. But watching it, all I could think is how much of downgrade it is from the 1st movie.

Serbian film. It’s simply disgusting and do to my low rank in the military at the time I didn’t have a say on if I could walk out. This film makes human centipede look like a Hallmark holiday movie. Followed by gummo. It’s so bizarre, slow and stupid. It’s about a town that thank god gets destroyed by a tornado. The plot is following the residents before the tornado hits, and after you watch these inbred degenerates go about their miserable lives you’ll be disappointed that the tornado wasn’t also accompanied by sharks.

              • I've probably seen worse but the first to come to mind is always Cape No. 7 (海角七號).
The main character is a pretty shitty guy who's been kicked out of his band because, well, he's a shitty person. Cue moving from the big city to a podunk town (it's actually a super popular tourist spot in Taiwan) where he gets a job at the post office because a relative is some kind of politician. But, because he's a shitty person, he just takes takes all the mail home and never delivers it. Occasionally he'll read some of the mail. Eventially he meets a washed-up Japanese ex-model. She's "too old" to be a model now so she takes care of younger models as a sort of gopher/"team mom".Thing is, she's smart and educated but these new girls are vapid bimbos. Needless to say, she's jaded and kind of a shitty person herself. He thinks she's a stuck up b***h (she is) and she things he's a lazy entitled -blam!- and waste of oxygen (he is). There's a mutual loathing, but for some reason or another they both get black out drunk, have a one night stand, and upon waking up the next day realize they're in love. So now they're not shitty people and the dude does his family politician guy a favor by throwing together a rag-tag band of mismatched locals. Oh, but he never delivers that mail... save one. There's a subplot of them trying too find an old lady because apparently a girl in Japan found a box in her late father's closet full of letters. Turns out he was in Taiwan when it was occupied by Japan. He was a teacher, but was secretly in love with one of his 15ish-year-old students. Thing is, he was always too shy to say anything but eventually had to return to Japan when the ROC took over Taiwan after WWII. Shortly after returning, he met his wife, got married, had a kid, and for years wrote secret love letters to his former student that he never intended to send. Well, his daughter found said letters and thought her old-man secretly creeping on a former student while married to her mother was super cute and sweet and thought sending those letter to said girl (who's likely gotten married and has her own kids/grandkids at this point) was a great idea. So yeah, they eventually find the old lady in the end.
The only reason I think it was so popular here is that Taiwan is really small and literally everyone has been to where they filmed it. It also takes place around Spring Scream which is a huge music festival. So basically people felt like they had a connection to the movie because it felt "local" and featured a lot of nostalgia.

              • Fargo. The Hand That Rocks The Cradle was a close second. Saw both in the theater, and seriously considered getting up and walking out in the middle. The only thing that kept my butt in the seat during Fargo was the fact that my girlfriend at the time had picked the movie. I found it’s plot painfully predictable. I also relied WAY too much on the audience “getting” an absolute avalanche of (what I later realized was) Upper Midwestern quirks and parochial humor/jokes. Without that understanding, the movie is a boring and confusing slog. The Hand That Rocks The Cradle was just a bad movie. Way too many things it did horribly for me to list them all. 🤢

Same thing as Aifos. Avatar:The Last Airbender Movie was an atrocity. I wanted to explode when I saw that movie. It was a -blam!- movie adaptation of the animated series Avatar:The Last Airbender. The animated series deserved more justice. Hopefully one day there will be a good live action movie of Avatar:The Last Airbender. For now, I'll be waiting. Edit: Why is h o r r e n d o u s censored. That makes no sense.

                      • The live action Last Airbender movie was really bad imo, even for an adapted movie. What makes it worse is that the director and/or staff knew how the story worked but still chose to unnecessarily change certain parts anyways. Arguably makes it worse than adapted movies where the directors had no clue about the source material, such as Dragonball Evolution.

                      • King Arthur: Legend of the sword. Weird take on King Arthur and Excalibur. Strange Illuminati subliminal messages throughout, to include snakes, eye marks, and also pyramids. It was a terrible movie with probably the strangest storytelling of King Arthur I have yet seen. It was not worth the money, it was not worth the money to see in theatre...
The only plus to this movie is the intro had the Light of Aiden-Lament which is the featured song for the Halo 3: ODST live action trailer.
