Editado por Mara Sov’s Step Bro: 2/18/2023 5:09:52 AMFFXIV? You play all classes on one character therefore there is no reason or requirement to redo the story and new classes start at previous level cap.

1 RespuestaSonic the Hedgehog 2, you can skip straight to Metal Sonic if you know how.
-
World of Warcraft introduced a straight to lv90 a long time ago South Korean Destiny had rent-an-exotic Most have some form of level boost these days, minor or major Division has purchasable xp buffs Tons have purchasable loot buffs I could list many more It's a business and they all wanna make money EA and Microsoft started it all, blame them We all ranted on about it back then, literally made zero difference You wanna game that isn't pay2 win, stick to actual board games like chess or backgammon

Editado por Astartes Marine: 2/17/2023 9:13:40 PMStar Trek Online Any and all story missions? Incoming Hail -> Accept Read briefing -> Continue Go to Mission Log, select current mission -> Skip Done, repeat as necessary. You'll just have to level up through the PvE queues, Deep Space Encounters, and once you get access to it, the Duty Officer system where you can complete missions and gain XP without even actively moving your ship or firing a shot. It's your crew doing work for you. Later on there's the Admiralty system where you send other ships out to do missions and get XP and resources that way. It's good to be the Captain/Admiral. Oh and STO is entirely free.

Its a looter-shooter not a MMO
-
Running the campaign isn’t grinding. Try again. Or don’t, actually.
-
1) Destiny is absolutely not an MMO, unless you want to try and argue that Halo and Call of Duty are also MMOs. Destiny is unequivocally an FPS game that bootlickers delude themselves into thinking is an MMO 2) There's dozens of examples of actual MMOs having a free skip and 3) Actual MMOs have real F2P content

Pretty sure ESO let me skip some of the DLC campaigns if I chose to do so, once I’d finished it on one. Could be wrong tho
-
Guild wars...every game of it.

2 RespuestasWell, first Destiny would have to be a MMO… go ahead… I’ll wait.
-
1 RespuestaIt's not going to be free, it's going to be $10 per, just like everything else in this game.
-
I remember when Bungie declared that Destiny was an MMO, it reminded me of that MMORPGFPS side quest in Borderlands 2: Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep. That dlc came out a year before Destiny 1released too.
-
Thats alot actually, I don't know why everyone is upset about this when WoW let's you go to max level for a price or worse Diablo immortals very existence. MMO is any game with a huge multi-playerbase and online what you meant was what MMORPG. People see MMO and MMORPG as the same and the only part they share is MMO but WoW is an RPG. CoD is an MMO and you can completely skip the campaign altogether I usually do. Halo is an MMO and you can skip whole pieces and segments or altogether. MMORPGs however this is limited and require payment. Destiny been an MMO but will never be an MMORPG.

3 RespuestasEditado por Monarkey: 2/17/2023 11:03:20 AMWhat MMO are you comparing it to? Destiny isn’t even close to the scale of other MMOs. The content you get from a campaign isn’t even the same as say skipping FF14 MSQs. Content within both of those are a night and day difference. “Large amount of grinding” lmao where?
-
1 RespuestaWell….op got me there 🤣. I can’t name one. Hell I can’t name one I play as much as destiny. Though I hate the boosters. If I bought this dlc (don’t think I will idk)….I’d probably play through the full campaign on all three guardians.

3 RespuestasEditado por jhermannITJ: 2/17/2023 10:17:24 AMIt needs to be timegated though... 4 wks or at least until after day 1 raid race weekend. Other than that, I have no issue with this... I was hoping that the power grind was going to evolve and drop huge bump-ups... that's a minor criticism, apparently that may not happen because they're monetizing the bump-up... but again, a minor critique. This was inevitable... just like a premium add on subscription service is inevitable. I won't get the boosts... unless I decide to run on Day 1, then I will probably get the campaign boosters so I have 3 characters leveled and ready. And that's the rub, that's why it needs to be timegated... because though generally 'not' pay-to-win... it does function as such for the day 1 raid contest. So just timegate the boosts a little bit... then the issue is solved.
