I am not receiving emails from Bungie. Email is verified in settings

I am not receiving any emails from Bungie for the past few months. The last email I received from Bungie was in September 2022. I received a few emails from the bungie store about my raid jacket. I checked my settings and my email is verified so not sure what's going on. I did not receive the Festival of the Lost armor survey or a trials map survey that we were told to expect. Any ideas?

    Like for real...2 years I havent received emails from them, and they have yet to give us a good work around outside of "Oh just turn it off and back on" and We have no other way to contact them to make them fix this email issue outside of forums THAT THEY HARDLY EVEN CHECK THEMSELVES! Its so -blam!- stupid. Especially since thats the ONLY way to see your overall yearly stats or get to vote on stuff (like the FOTL Polls) It's absolutely ridiculous that we have gone this long with no clear solution or any reaponse to anyone seeking help on this email issue besides the "Solution" they attempted last year.

  • Also came to reply that I've never gotten the year-end Bungie emails, even though my settings are correct. Would love to, if anyone could help!

  • Yeah, I’ve double checked and tried to verify my email 3 times and I’ve never gotten emails. Oh, well, I guess.

  • I am in the same boat. I am glad that at the very least the last time emails from them worked was when I ordered one of the raid jackets, but as to why this is still an issue nowadays is beyond me. I’m just genuinely under the impression that they try their hardest to distance and not communicate with the B.net users at all at this point. They may as well just make a written statement regarding as much.

  • Same for me. Email verified, all settings on No Subclass Moments email or any of those cool annual emails ever. No Trials map pool. No Solstice Armor vote email either. Bungie, can I please get the subclass moments still?
