We all know the story. I'm tired of being teamed up with these people. Fix Eager Edge to be NON interactive with teammates. Its clear the playerbase needs their toys taken away, like children. May as well when they act like it.
By leaving this in here as is, knowing how your playerbase uses it as its been a very noisy issue, you are fostering toxicity and helping it grow. I'm still reporting but what good does that do? Reporting is just a band-aid, it doesn't really do anything in the bigger picture. They get banned for a little bit, then they can come right back and do it again. Its useless.
The fix for the solution is one of three: to remove it's team-interactive capabilities, to outright ban people forever for sabotage or griefing, or remove Eager Edge from the game. I think one of these stands out as the only realistic option, though all three would be very effective. That's all I'm asking here.

6 Respuestasthe solution is git good, if you are a good player they will get bored after they fail to kill you

6 RespuestasGet rid of sparrows too. Someone can do the same thing to you with one of those.

1 RespuestaIt's become hilarious how Bungie openly ignores the amount of griefing in their game. They are more than aware of the situation at this point, which means they openly support such behaviour. If you have the power to stop it and know it's a thing, but don't - then you're no btter than people doing it.
-
Bump. It's honestly sad when players gimp their loadouts to put one on just to have fun at someone else's expense and imagine if that person they're fking with doesn't even have that much time to play and get stuff done.

1 RespuestaSee, the issue is that likely dealing with the collision mechanics would be far too complicated, but banning people for using something they put in the game knowing how it can be used is a little eh. And deleting it would also be kinda eh. It’s a slippery slope on this one but I never really understood killing randoms anyway. I will kill my friends with it when we’re messing around though.

Honestly I think it's a issue that should have been solved because last season was a perfect example that if Bungie put a drop weapon as a bounty about getting a certain amount of kills with it players will kill they own allies to get it done faster

1 RespuestaIt’s annoying but I usually laugh because eventually they’ll die and that’s when I give them 30-45 seconds to think about what they did wrong.

3 RespuestasYou know what’s weird? It has never happened to me.

4 RespuestasIn the whole time eger edge has been a thing I have been killed by it maybe once, don't know how so many people can claim to have it happen in every day experience
-
1 RespuestaForth option: You leave. The game could use less players like you.

No leave it be, me and my friends every time we do a raid it’s a game of chicken see who can get who it pretty funny

I am down with this in a team activity your teammate shouldn't be able to kill you.....

I just feel like there’s so many different issues in the game that a eager edge or shoulder charge off the ledge/into a wall aren’t top priority on the “fix list” People have been griefing since D1 with solar wind melee and shoulder charge and the occasional sword of ledge. If there’s a way to mess with your teammates people are gonna do it, I’d rather have the games biggest issue be griefers than anything else

Craft your own eager edge , fight fire with fire Mutually Asaured Destruction

1 RespuestaWell this game need some kind of funny mess right
