How to disable my cross save
i found that my account was linked to a ps account that i didn't know. it blocks me from link my own ps account to it.
is there any method to disable my cross save? or just remove the old ps account from it.

In order to remove a platform account from your Bungie account, you must be able to log into it. If you can't log into it, you will not be able to remove it. Bungie cannot remove platform accounts, only we can.
