Kinetic Weapons need love
So any element (solar/arc/void/stasis) weapon can generate wells that get a massive damage boost that also can boost ur abilities or just regen abilities super fast.
Kinetic weapons can’t do that.
Kinetic weapons really need some way to shine. Something that makes you want to use one over any element weapon or it just makes more sense to run a element weapon.

True well mods would be nice or any combat style mods. Heck new ones would be nice in general

I think they’re phasing kinetics out. I eventually we will have a billion element types…. 🤷♂️

43 RespuestasKinetics can definitely make wells. Elements just do it for free while kinetics need certain perks They still make orbs regardless of subclass They do more damage than elementals I get what you’re saying but you make it seem like kinetics are useless

This is why they are highly valued for the special ammo slot in PvE. Example Riptide deals 5% more Cartesian Coordinate which is why its so coveted. Add in Font of Might with the stasis subclass, this ole gal really pops off then.

Always grab weapons with osmosis. It's an underrated perk. Some of my fav being; Fatebringer, The Last Breath (auto), Succession (sniper).

2 RespuestasKinetic may as well not exist anymore. Stasis, strand, and blight *fingers crossed* need to take over that slot and be melded together for the heavy slot.

2 RespuestasBreech loading grenadine launchers (not too sure about wave frames though) can generate wells if you have explosive wellmaker on

Bungie have mentioned this is a growing issue.

5 RespuestasNot to mention how pointless Kinetic Primaries are in PvE especially for match game content, past a certain point the kinetic slot is home to either Witherhoard, Blinding GL’s, Izanagi’s, Agers or Arbalest.

This goes double for kinetic special weapons which definitely lack the flair and utility of a lot of the newer elemental weaon perks that have become mainstays for a lot of us. A few more kinetic special options would help and we could definitely benefit from an incandescent, or voltshot like weapon perk for kinetic weapons. Borderlands 2 had a lot of things that would let bullets ricochet from one target to another: something like that could be cool!

Kinetic weapons can still make orbs. I think the issue here, is kinetic weapons need to be able to toggle "osmosis", instead of only 3 weapons currently being able to roll with it. Or make it an equippable mod.
