Better weapon balancing, better class balancing, less onenhit kill weapons and abilities. Better and more map diversity.
All of this would add to a better experience.

Ability spam, Bungie should decrease the ability regen in PvP.

1 RespuestaEditado por welard: 9/25/2022 11:48:31 AMSaid this straight away. Instead of fixing the many problems. cross play lag . Cheating. Bad matchmaking. Bad connection. Weapon balancing Dedicated servers Bungie ..... Let's blame the players for leaving early 💩💩💩. The reason why the majority of people leave in the first place is crucible just ain't good enough .

5 RespuestasSounds like D2-Y1🤔 No to your position on one hit kill weapons, they 100% need to stay in the game, I do agree about the one hit kill abilities though, they need to go.

6 RespuestasMy two thoughts on leaving penalties: 1.) Control should not have them. If it doesn't award Glory, it's not "competitive." Period. 2.) Anything that includes a penalty for leaving should also have a freelance mode. There's usually no point in the only option for a game mode being a 6-stack in Discord facing random pugs, and those pugs being forced to stay or get penalized. My other thought on PvP: -Supers need to be adjusted for people who join in progress. If you join a match 3 minutes in, your Super bar should be advanced 3 minutes based on your Super cd.

My son was on my account trying out the scout from Kings Fall and was carrying the team when the contacting D2 servers crap started. 3/4 of the way through it disconnected. Went into another match and 3/4 of the way through same thing started. It eventually kicked him and the ban started. Funny how all other games run perfectly on our connection except for D2 and yet we get a temporary ban. We pay for this game stop treating us like children.

Before one can address balance one must first learn to balance a team - master oogway probably

Let’s all play warframe together where we can all feel op even with nerfed weapons/ abilities :D

9 RespuestasEditado por Cerillion: 9/24/2022 8:48:40 PMLiterally, I keep saying this. Quitter penalties are a cop-out bandaid for bungie that they’re using so they can avoid taking responsibility for the Crucible Dev Team’s lack of competence. ITS NOT A SOLUTION- it’s the equivalent of sweeping the mess under the rug so that the bottom 80% of the playerbase can’t see what’s really happening. SBMM as it is right now, this week, is FINE. The reason people are quitting matches now are because of poor team balancing, being matched against stacks, being put on disjunction, being put on other bad maps, poor connection due to SBMM, and a few other reasons. End of the day, the majority fo quitters right now are not leaving because of rage- so quitter penalties that are meant to penalize pkayers for raging and being toxic do not solve the issue.

I played some PvP today and all I was trying to do is get kills with the Witherhoard for the catalyst. I got a few kills but I'm sure all I did was help my team lose. So I agree that people should be able to leave a match when there's a -blam!- like me in the lobby.
-
When is everyone going to realize this game is one hot pile of steaming doo doo. They never get anything right.
-
This is their master plan, they're trying to make it to where most people won't wanna play crucible anymore so they'll never have to worry about it again or so they can remove it. Not gonna happen but you never know. Also I'm kind of joking, I really hope they remove it eventually or something.
Better weapon balancing, better class balancing, less onenhit kill weapons and abilities. Better and more map diversity. All of this would add to a better experience.
True. There's no denying any of this... But know this too, a lot of Destiny players would still rage quit because the are emotionally immature and it is NEVER their fault.

They could try adding some decent rewards as well. I've played Freelance Trials for hours this weekend, losing a lot more than winning but it was worth it as every game was a step towards another Trials engram and rank.
-
Makes too much sense for these "special" devs. Their brain can't process logical solutions apparently. Instead they always take the zero effort nobrainer bandaid "fix".
-
5 RespuestasGet rid of sbmm. It’s trash. Solves everything.

You do that by removing cross play. The lag between the systems are bull -blam!-

Editado por Fibby: 9/25/2022 3:10:31 PMThey need to stop matchmaking people from all over the world in the same lobbies, finally fix their team balancing, and since they clealy cant do anything about the unplayable crossplay connections they need to allow us to disable crossplay and still be able to match all players on our own platform who aren’t in a team with players from other platforms (not just those that also turned it off like it is now). Do those things and there will be a lot less quitting, nobody wants to stay in games where the teams are unevenly balanced and your enemies dont take damage when you shoot them. The game will still be inconsistent due to P2P but at least some of the connection issues would be minimized.

2 RespuestasYou’ll never have balance among classes, hunters have been op for so long that is soon as something else is even viable they scream

13 RespuestasNah. That would require "Work", and work, like making "Content", is "Hard" for Bungle. Their focus isn't on Destiny at all, it's on Matter their new IP. Their Best and brightest are hard at work on Matter and judging from how buggy and shoddy their "New" content is, they have moved their Q&A team (consisting of the part time weekend Janitor and 4 iRoombas) to Matter as well. The only attention Destiny gets is from their Hype team, so that they can sell more broken uninspired content for maximum dollars and minimal effort. I truly hope that StarField isn't going to be another CyberPunk, ME Andromeda or Anthem and offers something we can sink our teeth into.
-
Clearly no Bungie employee plays their own game. The balancing in these lobbies are so awful. I really don't know how they claim this is SBMM. They don't give one ounce of care into player experience for pvp.

Bungie will never be able to balance this game for PvP. Its literally impossible. Not mentioning hybrid servers with P2P connection bungie has to attemtp to balance 3 classes 9 supers with 3 variants each All of the aspects and fragments and the combonations of those Weapons which have usually 3 archatypes each All of the perks individually and then the combonations of those on top of that Armor and mods plus those combonations Then you have general movement as well Bungie was barely able to keep PvP in D1 one in a playable state consistantly. Halo never had to worry about these problems which is the only other major game bungies ever really made PvP wise. They cant even keep PvE balanced because their bosses are little more than statues with crit spots the size of billboards. All of that on top of hybrid servers and P2P connection makes balancing PvE stupidly difficult and makes balancing PvP virtually impossible for a low skill team like bungie. PvP always has been and always will be an afterthought in the destiny franchise.
