When they 1st nerfed them a few seasons ago, I didn't mind as I assumed the arc web chain lightning would have made them very OP, but now that Arc 3.0 is out and the "jolted" effect is in play, these grenades feel very underwhelming. Currently landing a 100% with the skip grenades only deals about 50 damage, they have one of the longest recharge times, and their tracking/speed was nerfed as well. Additionally the jolt effect is pretty weak in pvp, only chaining to targets within 5 meters (or so) and seems to deal about 25 damage. So in a best case scenario, your dealing roughly 75 damage with a perfect grenade hit on 1 target, while they are standing next to another target. So I think bungie should buff them in 1 of the following ways: 1. Reduced recharge time by 30 seconds 2. Revert the damage nerf 3. Reduce recharge time by 15 seconds, and buff tracking/travel speed by 50%.
